However, a few partnered insurance companies offer partial refunds in specific cases, such as a genuine visa rejection supported by official embassy documentation. Refund Rules

• Most travel insurance policies are non-refundable after issuance, regardless of travel plan changes or trip cancellations.
• Selected insurance companies allow refunds only in case of visa rejection, and a valid original visa rejection letter from the embassy is mandatory.
• When refund is applicable, refunds may include a cancellation fee of up to 65%.
• Refund processing timelines may take up to 14 working days after submission of complete documents.
• Refunds cannot be processed if the travel dates on the policy have already commenced.
