In most cases, travel insurance policies become non-refundable once they have been issued. However, some insurance providers may allow partial refunds under specific circumstances, such as visa rejection supported by valid embassy documentation or other eligible cases outlined in the policy terms. Refund eligibility, processing time, and applicable charges vary depending on the insurer's conditions. We recommend reviewing the policy details carefully before purchasing.

Travel Insurance Refund Rules & Conditions

• Most travel insurance policies are non-refundable after issuance, regardless of travel plan changes or trip cancellations.
• Selected insurance providers may offer partial refunds in case of an official visa rejection. A valid embassy-issued visa refusal letter is required.
• As per company policy, after detection of govt tax and cancellation fee, 50% amount will be refunded.
• We will transfer the refund amount Only to Pakistani Account in PKR not to Foreign Accounts.
• Refund processing timelines may take up to 14 working days after submission of complete documents.
• Foreign national policy is non refundable after issue.
• Refunds cannot be processed if the travel dates on the policy have already commenced.

When Can I Get a Refund?

A refund may be available in eligible cases, such as an official visa rejection, provided the applicable policy conditions are met and the required supporting documents are submitted.

How Much Refund Will I Receive?

For eligible refunds, 50% of the applicable amount will be refunded after deduction of government taxes and cancellation fees, according to the applicable refund policy.

How Long Does a Travel Insurance Refund Take?

Approved refunds may take up to 14 working days after all required documents have been submitted and the refund request has been processed.

Where Is the Refund Paid?

Refunds are transferred only to Pakistani bank accounts in PKR. Refunds are not transferred to foreign bank accounts.

What Documents Are Required for a Refund?

Required documents depend on the reason for the refund and the applicable policy. For visa rejection cases, an official visa refusal letter and other requested supporting documents may be required.
