Documents Required for a Travel Insurance

• Passport First Page Pics JPG
• NIC (both sides) JPG
• Beneficiary Name,Relationship & NIC number (Person who is entitled for claim after traveller)

Information

• A valid residential address
• A valid contact number
• Name of Next of Kin Person (a person who is eligible to claim travel insurance amount in case of unfortunate death of passenger)
• Phone number and relation of nominated Next of Kin Person
• The above information is usually gathered during order creation
